"The room wasn't ready. There were two air conditioners, but they weren't working. Why put a TV in the room if it doesn't show anything? They promised Wi-Fi, but it didn't work either. The only response to any complaints was "I'll report it." Not to mention the terrible state of the room and the dirt."

"The breakfast was not all I hoped for. The free breakfast is eggs, toast and a meat. Our family has some dietary restrictions and food aversion. The foods my kids can have are not part of the free breakfast. I understand that they can’t cater to everyone but have the freebie be a voucher for a meal equal to the cost of the traditional breakfast. Give people more choices."

"It's not the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it had its issues. One of the two lightbulbs was burned out and not replaced. I get that the maintenance crew had left by the time I reported the issue, but it would have been nice to have it working for Saturday night. None of the power outlets were convenient to the desk, which was so wobbly as to be nearly unusable as such. Other furnishings showed their age, but that was cosmetic and didn't bother me.
