"Had to check into the bar as the doors were locked.We didn't stay the second night. We checked out as the rooms were absolutely disgusting. Which I have pictures of and going to Expedia and the Better Business Bureau with. Asked for a refund. Didn't get one as there was no manager on site. First night called down to get help as our shower head leaked and didn't work. No answer. We came back the second day our room was not even cleaned. Dirty bedsheets with stains. "Comfy beds, friendly staff but we waited quite a while at the desk when checking out. The bathroom light was flickering and the hair dryer was dirty. Heard a lot of noise from above us. Breakfast was good. Good stay overall but cleanliness and maintenance could definitely be better for over $200/night."

"We had no idea what we were walking into. Drunk people, homeless camped out in the alley. Trying to hear the front desk person who was talking super quietly. And then when we got up to our room we discovered it didn't even look like it had been cleaned at all. There was pizza and garbage on the floor, no ironing board, when we would run the bathroom sink chunks of SOMETHING came up, shower remained cold unless you spent at least 15 mins in it no matter what we did. None of the hotel amenities...
