"So besides the carpet was very dirty but the room they gave us had dead bugs and leaves and dirt all over the floor. There was a dead roach on the floor. It was basically very dirty. As well the beds were really hard and stiff. When you first get on them you feel the wood frame. The breakfast was not as expected. Waffle mix was watered down. The eggs were rubber coffee was like brown water. Sausage was dry. I hate to give hotels a bad mark but if you could go to one that’s closer I would...

"I could not get a statement for my stay there. They moved me to another room and over charged me . Desk person walked out and said I could take care of it my self she quite. Was suppose to get a refund on money held for room charges. Did not charge to room. Expedia. Tried to call the manger. For charges As of today I have had no follow up calls and my account has not been refunded"

"Breakfast literally consist of just little packages of things like honey buns , little packages four count white donts , or other little prepackaged things , not a real breakfast at all... The room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was nonsmoking supposedly , and the a c did not work well at all ... when we asked for extea.towels hclaied, that they do not give extra towels...and we where swimming like started at 8:58 pm.the pool.says.online, pool.closes.at.10pm... and posted.on...

"The first room we were given the toilet had been used and was dirty. It also smelled musty. The second room the dead bolt didn’t work and sheets look very old. "

"The breakfast experience was very stressful. We weren't allowed to simply make a plate and return to our rooms. We were told we could only have our breakfast in the dinning room and the staff was very particular about what we had and what utensils we were allowed to utilize for our meal. We had a baby in the room sleeping and we were told that we couldn't simply make a plate and return to our room so we had to go eat individually while one stayed with our baby. I mean...its not that serious...
