"Beds were comically hard and actually somehow rocked like a seesaw with the slightest movement. Shower head sprayed all over bathroom like a high powered sprinkler. About 3 mins of hot water. Room smelled musty but appeared clean. Nice location next to brewery restaurant."

"Just needed a clean affordable place to sleep for a few days while exploring the area . Shower was warm, good pressure. Ac is a small window unit Decent sized refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable bed. This fit the bill. Loved that I could park right in front of my door every day. Only downside was flies. There seemed to be an abundance of them. "We had just one night, but felt it to be a true homebase for a visit. First, of note, was the very (!) comfortable bed , thoughtful amenities --including a TV with streaming subscriptions all loaded. along with added space to settle in the sitting room which had a fridge and freezer. The centrality of this charming historic property --within easy walking distance of sites, restaurants, book store and shops--was of importance to us. We felt free to use it as a base to explore the city of Kingston...
