Hotel murah di Saugus

"The room’s door was open and lights were on when I checked-in in the middle of night. It was so creepy, someone had used a stopper to kept the door open. All the lights were on. It is the kind of room that connects to another room with the door from both side. I did not want to go in, but it was almost 1am in the morning and I have to leave at 5 am, so I just slept with my clothes on, kept all the lights on all night and got out there first dawn."

"Very rude staff - Even with a handicapped person who accompanied me. Terrible security staff services and front desk staff. Even being a Hilton honor and platinum Expedia : no recognition. Really a pity for a Hilton hotel, even more at the airport. Will file an official complaint. Thanks."

"I had a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the amenities were well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Breakfast was kinda bland flavor wise. Someone’s room service sat in the hallway for almost 24 hours before it was picked up by the staff causing a trip hazard for other guest. We were told the only parking option was valet, was not a fan of that. The helpfulness of the front desk staff was hit or miss. Some were nice some couldn’t care less. This was my first time in Boston so we didn’t really know what to expect."

"Overall, this property is pretty average. The rooms are nice sized, but the bathrooms are very tiny and the door to the bathroom didn’t sit flush so you would have to push and pull on it to get it to open. The staff was nice and let me check in early, they also kept our luggage while we explored more of the city after check out. I do have several complaints about the property itself. The walls are VERY thin, we could hear our neighbors walking around and speaking very clearly through the walls...

"The harborside inn was a great stay. The location is perfect. The rooms are on the smaller end but it’s super cozy. The restaurant downstairs is helpful along with the 7/11 on the property. It’s a super cool building/layout."
