"none of the plug-ins in the room worked you could not turn on the lamps. I had to ask for towels every day on a six day stay no one came and got the dirty towels or brought us clean ones. No one changed the bed sheets. I personally called this facility to make sure they had a heated indoor pool. They suggest it’s heated indoor pool got there three days later and the pool heater was broke and no one said anything about it to me when I called it was one of the main reasons we picked this motel....

"We had an overnight flight so came dragging into the hotel around 12pm asking about an early check-in. The staff was so kind and helpful, asked us if we could wait for 30-45 minutes and got us right in. The hotel was relatively quiet, there was always coffee available,and the rooms were clean. The toilet was a little noisey when flushing and if you're a gym rat, the fitness center was a little underwhelming, but overall a great place to stay.
