Hotel dekat Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site

"This hotel was ruff, i wanted to save a little money and regret it. I didn’t feel comfortable walking on the floor barefoot, and definitely not the carpet.. It needs a DEEP clean or honestly probably just to be remodeled. 😬The noise coming from the interstate was loud and you could also hear everything little noise from the people above you. The ladies working the front desk were both very sweet and friendly!"

"Todo muy bien"

"The hotel was ok, nothing special to brag about. The shower water pressure wasn’t great at all. The hotel was in a great location. Overall, it’s was cool for the price"

"Good breakfast. Awesome staff. Close to airport."

"Clean and decent price"

"Bel accueil"

"Nice employees. Room a bit outdated, first thing we noticed was that the bathroom had a terrible smell but they quickly gave us another room. Breakfast was good, convenient location."

"Fan didn’t work in the bathroom and asked staff to fix it and they didn’t, air filter in the room was long past due to be changed, heard upstairs people flushing their toilet, showering and walking around at all hours of the night, showering was extremely slippery, bathroom floor was really gross"

"Door to get into our room was extremely difficult to open and took several tries each time with full body force. When we told staff he said that the key car may need a new battery and it would be a process. Never fixed it. Also, reported the fridge in the room didnt work. We found that out when all our leftovers were warm and ruined the next morning. Pool had hair and debris floating in it. Room was clean and breakfast spread was good. Will mot stay there again."

"No room refresh for our 3 night stay. We ran out of towels, toilet paper and tissues. The garbage in the one garbage can in our room, overflowed with garbage by the end of our stay. We had to make our own beds. Terrible service for over $400 per night."

"My only complaint was the band at the bar Saturday night I can hear them all the way from my room but luckily they play well otherwise great experience here"

"The property was very clean, The staff was excellent! Would definitely book again!!"
