"Nous sommes arrivés et l'hôtel était en rénovation, la piscine et le gym pas disponible. Nous n'avons jamais reçu d'avis et nous avons fait la réservation 1 semaine avant la date d'arrivée. Avec 3 enfants, la piscine était un critère numéro 1 dans notre choix. La propreté de la chambre, surtout la salle de bain, était dégueulasse. Les chaises en velours à la salle à dîner, terribles, pleines de tâches. J'ai demandé pour un remboursement complet ou partiel, jamais eu de retour. Bref, nous...

"Excellent location, easy self-checkin, responsive offsite staff. The room was cozy, clean, and included everything I needed. The only issue was noise - I could hear the people who checked-in above me from 5 pm till they finally went to bed a little after midnight. People seem oblivious to how easily impact noise travels in old NE construction. My room was also overlooking the parking lot and noise carried up easily from that."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and it was good for the price we paid (less expensive than other hotels in the area). The room was very spacious, including a huge entryway. It was helpful to have that space to serve as a buffer to the noise outside in the hallway from the elevator and ice machine. The fridge in the room was large . The walls were paper thin though - we could hear everything coming from the room next door, including when we were in the bathroom (we could hear them using the toilet)....

"the configuration of the bathroom in the accessible room was a bit odd. the sink was outside the main bathroom and the sink was so far back into the wall that it made it a bit difficult to easily use. the soap dispeners in the shower were behind the shower bench which made access impossible if you were sitting on the bench. The mattresses was a bit soft which made it more difficult to get up from the bed. The place was immaculate and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay...

"Our first night was awful. They placed us in a room on the 2nd floor that happened to be above where the rock band was playing in the bar on the first floor. The next morning I requested to move rooms and they were able to accommodate us but we have to wait over an hour to move. My advice....place the band, if they are staying over in room 214!"
