"Last minute overnight flight delay. Booked online showed up later at night. The staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. And they shuttled us back to the airport for free. Shuttle driver was polite, helpful and got us to the airport safely and in a timely manner."

"Room ac didn’t work well. Had a dog smell in the room. Middle dryer doesn’t dry clothes. Had to move them after the cycle to another dryer because they were still wet. Had to ask for towels because we only had 3 for 5 staying in the suite. $3.47 overnight for parking is a bit odd."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was great. The breakfast was wonderful and dinner in the restaurant was good although the menu was limited. The only issue I had was calling the desk for the shuttle. Realizing there are times the clerks are busy it is still unfortunate to be put on hold for quite a while and not knowing if the call is still waiting or has been forgotten or dropped. Other than that issue I have no complaints and would stay there again"

"The lobby of the hotel was fine and people were nice, but our room was a dump! The latch on the door was very loose, and door wouldn’t close on its own like most hotel doors. Thermostat on wall was barely hanging on, the towel rack was loose, bathtub had been resealed apparently, and the white sealant was coming off of the tub. The pool was broken, along with one of the elevators. To the hotels credit, they did offer us two different rooms, both down by the broken elevator."

"Hôtel moyennement cher, mais vraiment moyen. Cerne brun dans le bain qui date du vieux tapis de bain qui on jetter et 2014, Drap contour qui ne reste pas en place, on doit le replacer 3x par nuit. Serviette qui sont récupérer par le cleaning room, mais qui ne sont pas remplacé. Déjeuner inclus, mais pas vraiment comestible (oeufs et saicisses). Localisation dangereuse, toujours content d'être en vie. Piscine abandonné, pas de station de recharge, etc. Point positif, le dépanneur à côté qui a du bon café."
