"This was a great value for money on the outskirts of downtown Boston. They also have nice clean rooms, linens, and great shower. Breakfast are always good at Holiday Inn Express. Nice place for an overnight if you just need a place to sleep and have bfast."

"The hotel is under renovations and it does not tell you that anywhere before booking. The AC was effected because of this. The pool and public restrooms in the lobby were closed because of it. "Don’t stay here until their renovations are finished. There is no AC on the main and second floors. When our AC stopped working in our room, we told the front desk and nothing was done. It wasn’t until we randomly were asked by the maintenance manager how things were going that we actually got help. It’s because of him I’m giving this property 2 stars. Twice when our room was “cleaned” they did the bare minimum and didn’t even empty garbages. Would not stay here again."

"Everything was great from getting picked up at the airport (you have to call them to let them know). Pickup was at door B3 upstairs in departures. Easy commute from the airport to hotel. Now this hotel looks like a European airport hotel IYKYK - looked like the inside of an IKEA. However, I will say the room was extremely clean. The staff are exceptionally nice.
