"I want a refund!
The hotel was fine. The room was fine. The amenities were fine. The host was terribly overworked only one person for that large hotel.
The only problem was the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. The TV didn’t work so that’s why I had to use the phone. I want a refund.
So I walked my lazy butt down to the front desk and watched how overworked the one person was. Since she was overworked, I waited for her to finish with other customers told her my problem we...
