"Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! "Pool pictured is NOT onsite- it is public pool you can have access to by showing your room key. Rooms were basic but clean and warm enough. Not enough storage and slightly awkward design. Would have liked some basic info in room, but if you go into reception there are info sheets. Property aimed at French guests so info mostly in French and TV only had French channels. "We chose this apartment as it was nearly £1000 cheaper than any other options in the Meribel/Meribel-Mottaret area so weren't expecting much but we were actually pleasantly surprised that the room was clean, you could walk directly onto the slopes and there was a free bus service & gondala that ran almost directly next to it. However the man working behind reception was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. The apartment is not easy to find so we called the number listed to get directions...

"The staff here are very helpful. There is a spa/pool. It is ski in/out. We had an apartment for 8 with mountain views; this consisted of a main bedroom with ensuite, a second double bed bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds with a curtain. The apartment was spacious and I would recommend it."
