"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。
今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"

"滞在費を抑えつつ長期の旅を快適に過ごせるという点で、全体的にとてもコストパフォーマンスの高い宿でした。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。
ただ一点、改善していただきたい点があります。階段が雨で濡れやすく、カビも発生しやすいため、特に雨天時には滑りやすく危険で す。これは階段全体を覆う屋根が十分でなく、雨を防げていないことが一因だと思われます。この点が改善されれば、最高評価を付けたいです。
