"En este hotel fue una pesadilla el trato al hacer la entrada chek inn, cucarachas en el cuarto, el aire se apagaba, tenia mal olor,la cama era full y decian era king, la llave del baño estaba rota, un sofa pequeño con toda la tela rota y la madera expuesta, puerta del baño rota y mohosa. Mal olor en alfombra.A las 6:00 am se fue la luz por fuego en el tendido electrico,abandonamos el hotel y nunca regresó la energia electrica. No había nadie en el counter para quejarse. No lo recomiendo es un asco."

"This was a terrible stay. I had booked a 2 night stay and had to check-out after 1 night. This hotel is falling into disarray. The clean the carpets and booked people into rooms that still had wet carpet. Even with the ac running, the room was damp. Even the sheets. I requested to move to another room and the same issue. I had to get 2 blankets to spread on the bed to not sleep on damp sheets. The ceilings were cracked and showed signs of leaks, tub drain was broken, poorly painted touch ups and the breakfast offered left much to be desired. "

"I checked out early because the building was very musty as was the room. The bed was terrible and should be replaced and the carpets were not clean. Layout was very good, kitchen was clean and well appointed. It was in a good location close to grocery store, restaurants. Unfortunately for what I paid I would not recommend. "

"Outdated. Smells like bleach covering mildew. Opt for some place better if you can. They attempted to keep it clean but it is pretty dated and has some aspects that are in disrepair. (Clogged sinks). Noisy appliances. Did not use pool so have no idea if that makes up for the rooms. "

"Excellent location for the adjacent Sawgrass Mills shopping centre, and also a convenient walk to Amerant Bank Arena. Reception staff very helpful, room a decent size with a very useful fridge (believe all rooms have a fridge). Nice and clean. Plenty of restaurants within a very short walk"
