"The entire place is over-rated. Waiting in long long just to check in and then got sent to another line to get a parking pass. Room was very clean and nice, however, the mattress was terrible (we both sunk towards the middle of bed). We were out late second night and had to park at least 50 yards away from the entrance to the building as no spots were available any closer. The kitchen should have had coffee for two people for two nights. This was our 3rd try staying at this place in the last six months due to it being the cheapest, and each time just not up to par. We won't be back."

"There is chunks of walls taken out in the hallways, rust on door frames and lamps, bathtub is peeling, rip in couch seat. This place is a dump."

"Hotel is a bit aged, and unfortunately we received no room service during our two night stay. However it is conveniently located near to all the shopping at Sawgrass Mills. "

"The breakfast offered a wide variety of options—unlike at many other hotels. The room was very clean and had a personalized touch, and the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. We were assisted promptly. Congratulations to the entire hotel team, especially the housekeeper who prepared the room. We will certainly return again."
