"Staff is excellent! Safety is good. Property already needs repairs. Water leaking around light in the shower. Room above not in use. Hot water took 20 minutes to warm the shower or reach kitchen sink. Rooms looked clean but, Found trash behind a dresser. Sticky spots on counters and in drawers next to bed. Ants in shower. Lights are led and strangely wired. Smell of a gas leak near EV chargers. All was brought to staff attention and included maintenance. No one could offer us any help beyond...

"The biggest positives were that the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything else left us wanting. There were no coffee pots in the room, the hallways smelled like extremely strong Clorox that lingered. This hotel needs to be updated.Its old but it served our purpose .No hair dryer in room ,office was closed from 6 am to 9 am which we were surprised about .So if you just need somewhere cheap to just spend nite it works we were tired it was late so this is why we chose this hotel ."

"It was unnerving to use a kiosk to sign in. Fortunately, a maintenance person was there to let me into the bathroom after being on the road for 6 hours! There was difficultly processing my credit card. My room had a double bed instead of a queen or king, which made sleeping very uncomfortable for me and my husband. The shower leaked onto the floor. "Towels were dirty, the hotel smelled badly. It was the safest place I ever stayed in. Didn't feel safe, the side door were always kept open by guests too lazy to use their hotel keys, they would place sticks in doorway to keep the doors open. We couldn't get out if there fast enough."

"Staff was so polite, cleaning staff was amazing and overall rooms and facilities were amazing and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!"

"The place is a crackhouse …..not a place to stay on vacation especially with a family and young children. There was a party outside my room and I was afraid to open the door. Thank God I had my Dog with me, she is a good watchdog so I felt a little better. Stayed one night not two as planned."
