Coming in was difficult, the carts were worn out and the side walk uneven.
That's not a big deal however there is not a single handicapped accessible entrance in the entire building so we were forced to hold a 20 lb door while also trying to maneuver a cart, uphill, inside, all while concierge noticed but did nothing.
I feel bad for potential handicapped people who will not be able to get in and out without assistance.
The hot tub was very small and dirty with visible film bubbles.
Afterwards wanting to shower is an understatement, the hot water in our room was lukewarm at Best and this didn't change, even the following morning after the majority of guests had checked out.
Breakfast was the only positive take away. Whoever is in charge of setting that up, was on point and should get some props.
All in all I probably won't be using this hotel again for future stays just due to the lacking of what it means to be able to say your a quality place."
