"This is a sweet boutique hotel in the heart of downtown portland. really lovely staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and well cared for. Amenities are good - excellent coffee in the morning, nice water bar throughout the day, beer hour at night. gym is good. No restaurant which is a little disappointing but you are pretty surrounded by good places to eat dinner or grab breakfast the rooms are a TAD dated but they work hard to make them cool with a radio and nice lamps and comfortable chairs. Great game space next to the elevators with fun decorations. Welcoming lobby with good seating and nice art. Some sofas were ripping and need replaced. Wonderful photographs through the hotel. I’ve stayed here many times and its the staff that keeps me coming back…"

"located downtown close to everything which was nice. We Hated, absolutely hated the pillows!! Pillows were so thin it felt like sleeping without one at all, we didn’t sleep well because of it."

"Easy check in, clean room, nice view. Housekeeping was provided every day, which is a rarity anymore. Self-parking is less expensive than most hotels, and there are in and out privileges. All in all it was a solid hotel in a good location, and I’d stay here again."
