"I booked a room for my mom at the Bacolet Beach resort as an early Christmas gift. From the moment I saw the pictures of the room she was assigned I was terribly disappointed almost to the point of writing the hotel to assign her a different room. It looked like none of the Bay Room pictures on the expedia site in terms of decor. The rest of the facilities I was told matched previous reviews which I unfortunately read too late. The pool was murky. The beach furniture was dirty and the grounds in...

"The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place "

"The location of the hotel on the beach is great. If you get motion sickness I suggest taking something for the ride from the airport as the roads are very winding as well as steep. Our hotel room was larger than I expected (could be because of the high ceilings). However, some parts of the hotel need attention.
