"No complaints other than my husband went to ER on first day with heart issues and has to have surgery on Monday. My hotel stay was up the 24th and I called to extend my stay and the person on phone said he could not help me I had to go back through expedia to extend my stay. I said cant I just book a new stay through you directly and he refused to help me. Mind you I am from Kansas and now we are having to stay 2-3 additional weeks for open heart surgery and to recover enough for the drive...
