"This is a new property located close to where I live, I rented this room for family that came in town. There was plenty of parking when I pulled up. When I walked through the door the front desk was very helpful and got me checked in within minutes. Room was very clean and neat. The ac worked very well. They have a large refrigerator, microwave and stove top which was great. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay."

"The property is gorgeous, however, they could give you more details than they do. For instance, we opened the room with no instruction, no directories, no anything. The electrical outlets in the kitchen mostly did not work. I tried to use the Keurig and ran it through a few times and it was the most disgusting thing I have seen. "Breakfast was good, they continued to monitor the levels of everything and made sure the supply met the demand. Staff was friendly. The hotel over all was much cleaner than expected. We were very impressed and will make it our go to hotel when in the area. Also, found out it’s a pet friendly hotel for anyone traveling with pets. We didn’t have one with us but it’s good to know so we can bring Fido with us next time and safe the cost of boarding. "

"After we checked out they charged my CC for $7.49 for a wash cloth they said was stained which is ridiculous. Afterwards my wife starting checking other reviews on other sites and low and behold this is a common practice this hotel uses because most people won’t go back after them. Wrong with me. My CC company took care of this and I contacted their corporate office for such a despicable practice. No more Best Westerns for us. Don’t stay there."
