"The Andrè Rieu package was very well done. The hotel was very accommodating in allowing us to stay in the same room, although we had booked 2 nights separately from the concert package. And they gave us an upgrade at no extra cost for one of the nights when there were no similar rooms to our package room. They made everything easy and the food overall was great as well."

De receptionist kwam kijken; hij was echt oplossingsgericht en kwam uiteindelijk met een voor ons hele coulante oplossing. Wij hebben overigens heel lekker geslapen; de kamer is prima en schoon. Locatie is ook super; vlak bij de St Servaasbrug."
