"Nice hotel. Classic feel. No elevator which is a challenge if you have large bags. Great breakfast. Staff was nice but had a bit of that European condescending feel. Location is fantastic."

"This is a small, comfortable hotel, with limited amenities but beautiful views. The hotel faces a charming children’s park which is so fun but also, children in the summer play late into the evening and it can be quite loud. The rooms were warm with no AC or fans to support an unusually hot summer. The breakfast was good with some warm options from the kitchen including eggs, an omelet or pancakes plus the typical breakfast spread of breads, yogurt and cheeses. The front desk was informative...

"The mountain view’s were out of this world. The bedroom was spotless, the bed was so comfy and the shower had amazing water pressure. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall an absolute lovely stay."

"Beautiful hotel at a reasonable price in the heart of the Jungfrau region. Very centrally located to all of the nice hikes. The staff was awesome - very kind and helpful. The gym was amazing, buffet breakfast was awesome. Unfortunately the spa and hot tub were under renovations when we stayed but we were able to obtain vouchers to use an outdoor pool nearby! Also the world cup was on during our stay and they set up a big screen outside I the courtyard and played the games! Very caring...

"The staff are so helpful and attentive, they go above and beyond. Thomas also shared a lot of knowledge about the hikes around the area that was super helpful to us. The property is wonderful: cozy, comfortable, clean. We were fortunate to have a corner room with a balcony and the views are amazing. There is a shared fridge in the lobby you can use, there are also extra hiking poles if needed. We also loved seeing the bunnies when we come in at the end of the day."

"We had someone in the room above us that sounded like they were lifting weights or throwing something around until after midnight. The floor is very thin and the noise kept us awake. While not really the hotel’s fault it happened. Same with the heat wave at the time. It was hot and difficult to sleep. Overall we did like the hotel. It has a wonderful view."
