"Beware Expedia has incorrectly states this hotel has an airport shuttle. It does not. I have advised them of this but they refuse to change the listing even after contacting the hotel to confirm. We had to pay 300 CFH for a taxi for 4 back to the airport. We stayed at this hotel cause it stated a shuttle. Expedia will do nothing to fix it."

"Lovely staff, very clean, very good breakfast, and very close to the train station."

"Mooi modern hotel. Kamers zijn wel erg donker, en er is geen geschreven handleiding voor de bediening van alle apparatuur (inclusief verlichting) wat onhandig was. Grote parkeerplaats. Uiterst handig gelegen tov van de snelweg, maar toch stil. Mooi uitzicht over het meer, vanaf het dek. Prima restaurant."

"The only negative was the lack of air conditioning and no screens in the windows. Outside of that everything was amazing."

"Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - saubere Unterkunft mit bequemen Bett. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant."

"A great hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. The room I had booked did not have a proper window (it was essentially subterranean), but it was very clean and for the very low price, totally worth it. The breakfast was excellent - very good cold meats, cheeses, jams, breads, and coffee. They even had a machine to boil eggs, which was great. Overall I had a great stay and would gladly return"

"Great room but many hidden fees. None of the prices for parking or breakfast are presented well when booking. When you arrive, they tell you where to park but don’t explain that there’s a fee. When you go for the breakfast buffet, they ask your room number but don’t explain that it’s 18€, they just write down the room number. All of these fees are they sprung on you at the end of your stay so you end up paying 50 € on top of the price of the room. Big problem with communication that has never...

"War alles bestens, tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Reichlich Kaffetabs und Tee. Man sollte besser kein Leeres Handy haben, weil die App der Schlüssel ist."

"Herrliche Lage, ausgezeichnete Küche, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal"

"We were allowed our room early which very helpful. The room was beautiful, wonderful and modern. Comforters and soft pillows. Staff were always pleasant. Breakfast had everything we wanted-hard boiled eggs, scrambled, bacon and sausages, cereals, vegetables and meats and cheeses, breads, croissants and hard rolls; many choices of drinks(hot and cold). If you use public transport get off at Shoppi Tivoli and follow the signs."
