"Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city."

"It’s a large hotel, I liked many things. I liked that the lobby is large and spaced out with seating scattered throughout. The customer service desk staff were great too, super friendly and eager to help. The room we got was 2 queen beds, was also large, it was like it had its own entrance lobby just for your coats and shoes. "The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of breakfast options. The kitchen in our room was very helpful to reducing spending money on restaurants dining during our 9 days vacation."

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"Felt like we couldn’t enjoy the pool as they always had swimming lessons in the pool for children. We had to switch rooms the first night there as it was so hot in our room and the thermostat to turn down the heat wasn’t working. It is quite a busy hotel with only one elevator so waiting to come or go took quite a bit of time."

"Very bad neighborhood. Lots of homeless, drug addicts, etc. Area was run down and dirty. Heard a loud gunshot in the middle of the night. Could also hear arguing all hours of the day. Rooms were sort of clean. Finer details like the air conditioner radiator was filled with brown sludgy dust, lots of crumbs and stains of corners and floors.
