"To begin, I booked this hotel because of its proximity to downtown - not for the amenities. That said, Zebra Unicorn is branded as a boutique luxury hotel - a role in which it fails abysmally. Let's be clear regarding parameters: Luxury to me means being free of all concern. "We had no WiFi connection in our room so our TV did mot work and our phone was also broken so we stayed 5 nights with no phone and no TV. I informed the front desk on day 2 and day 3 but no oneever came to fix either. I have a bad back and did not want to walk to the office again, since the phone doesnt work I remaimed in the room with no phone or TV. Ther oom is mice, clean and comfortable however its very frustrating to have no access to the phone or TV and pay full price. I hope something...
