"Requested not to have my room but could never get towels. I had to ask for them for two days until the front desk young man brought them up. "

"This was a horrible experience. During check in I was asked if I would like service to clean the room like changing my sheets and towels either everyday Or every other day, I requested the “everyday” option. They literally came only on my last day before I left, and when they did they did not change my sheets because I had a little makeup on the sheets from the first night, the staff fully made up my bed using the exact same sheets. When I called to complain that no one had came to change the sheets I was told the cleaning team was leaving for the day, this place was very unfortunate and very misleading from online. The temperature is weird either HOT or freezing cold, there is no normal room temperature. The Tv guide states that HBO is free with our stay. No it was not, I called the front desk and they no longer are paying for that service, I mean I could go in and on. I will not be staying here again "
