"Room was clean and a good size. It was missing a bathroom fan which was odd. The staff were fantastic! Helpful, welcoming and kind. Case in point, I mentioned it was my wife’s birthday while we were here and they brought her a tray of chocolate covered strawberries with some Perrier water and 2 complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. "On the Halifax board walk, the property was updates, beds comfortable and bathrooms updated. We had the conceirge service and breakfast was great! There is some construction around the property and when complete it will be easier getting to propertyfrom waterfront"

"This is an excellent place to stay for a short visit to Halifax. It is close to all tourist sites (we walked or cycled everywhere), parking is free and the rooms are roomy with lots of storage space to unpack your bags. Laundry facilities were a welcome surprise."
