"We were unable to stay in the Bentonville, Arkansas location. There was yellow tape all across the entrance and no signs directing people where to check in. Drove around back still no indication where to check in. It made me extremely uncomfortable and decided to stay somewhere else. There should be an indication as to where one goes to check in and should be mentioned upfront that it is under construction."

"21C is a lovely hotel filled with art and installations on the first and second floors. centrally located. Walk to the town square for lovely restaurants and stores - short drive to the Crystal Bridges Museum - dog friendly with very friendly and helpful staff - huge king suite and comfortable bed and new and spacious bathroom. Highly recommend!"

"The renovated king rooms are in the front of the hotel and right on the highway. The traffic noise is terrible at night and I am not a light sleeper. I told Bradon at the front desk and he graciously upgraded us to a king mini suite near the back of the hotel. The rooms were not quite as polished, but we enjoyed the quiet. Bradon was always helpful and welcoming."

"I love everything about my stay, the room was very large. The whole hotel was wonderful, the wine and cheese during the evening for everyone to enjoy was a plus. The different kinds of teas the also offered at the end of the day to help you unwind for the night was a plus. The fresh flavored water (different flavors everyday) was enjoyable. Breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day. The bikes and bike trails a plus. They also have a grill I didnt use it but the got one. The Element...
