"Clean rooms heated and air conditioning. Comfortable beds with very large rooms The only complaint I have is that you can only get one pound of ice if you want more you’re charged 3.00 for a 5 pound bag which is really ridiculous. They should just get an ice machine to keep the guests happy and not have to pay for frozen water. Otherwise it’s a perfect place to stay and I would definitely recommend it "

"Pool was closed for repair and we werent notified this was the main reason we selected this hotel. Dont get a room on first floor when upstairs guests got home late we were woken up several times. No workout space. Awesome spot and lovely view. Comfy beds."

"We needed to book a one night stay in the area south of Boston and chose the Double Tree by Hilton in Rockland. It was a convenient location and we enjoyed a clean and quiet room. Front desk staff could not have been frriendlier and check in was flawless. In addition, it has a Bar and Grill on site so, when we arrived at the hotel just after 7:00 PM after a long day, we were able to have a nice relaxing meal and cold beverage at thier on premises restaurant and found decent food and outstanding...

"Winter decorations were over the top. Breakfast was awesome along with the staff. Clean. Only complaint was heater was set at 64 when we walked into the room. It had to be 74 or higher in the room. Had to shut it off to cool the room down. Is the best stocked BW with towels and cups. Thank you. "

"Old and outdated rooms/window didn’t close all the way in room 301 Lots of things broken or very run down/ staff almost always non existent and non-friendly/very shady clientele. DON’T DO IT. Plenty of other hotels in the area but you get what you pay for."

"No cold water, hot water was so hot we couldn't shower. Manager was not helpful, told us to contact expedia for a refund. Contacted expedia to explain (chat with customer service) but no answer/solution. "

"Hotel staff was great. Primary issue was safety. This man followed me to my floor/and then outside my room. And there are no cameras in the elevators nor hallways. I did not feel safe. "
