"Bathroom lighting was poor. Hard to shave or do make up. Lighting in the room could have been better. First use of shower resulted in a very large puddle on floor. The check in person had a bit of an edge to her which I witnessed while she was dealing with another customer. She seemed to need to be in control of the conversation.
Also $25 for parking came as a surprise.
I believe the location across from the beach was why the room cost so much. Frustrates had only one cool temp. A microwave would have been a nice touch."
"Staff was friendly. Breakfast only goes until nine. Underground parking lot, more difficult for larger vehicles. And the beds were a little to hard for us."
"We were allowed to check in early since our room was ready. The staff were very considerate. Kids enjoyed the stream near the shore. There were a lot of shower areas where you could wash your feet before you go back to your room. The location was perfect, walking distance to the braodway. "
"The breakfast we had every day was delicious. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. Our room was clean and quiet. We would stay there again for sure."
"Check in was terrible staff was rude. Made me wait to check in at 2am after all day of extended medical work while she talked on the phone for 5 mins. Then gave me a double room even though I booked and paid for king. Said to bad kings are first come first serve regardless of what you book."
