"I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff."

Our room was on the second floor and had a lovely balcony with a small table and two chairs. We really enjoyed sitting out there and looking at the river, bridge and downtown. "Sink clogged,Bed linens had hair on them. Had to wait for someone to come to front desk to check in. It was about ten minutes. Called number on front desk and only got voicemail. Will not be staying there again. Halls reeled of garlic. Went to eat breakfast at 8:00 no fruit, no eggs, was not impressed!!"

"This hotel was great! The self check-in made getting to our room super easy. Our room was spacious and clean. Convenient location within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main street. Not to mention the interesting history of the building itself. We loved it!"
