"The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. "The resort is comfortable, clean and relaxing. However, I was without hot water for my entire stay. We visited one of the onsite restaurants and the food was ok. I would recommend this location, however, improvements could be made so that you don't have to leave the resort. Improve the food quality and add a few more amenities and this would be a 10/10."
