"Great location, easy access to Scottsdale and East Phoenix via major freeways. Staff were 6/5, the nicest people. Property is dated, BUT, they maintain it well and keep the rooms clean. The "garden" and Bocce/cornhole area needs some updating. It was just dirty and dusty when we visited. Overall, it was a nice place to relax by the pool. "

"Just a heads up they will try to sell you a time share for staying here. Also needed to extend our stay by one night due to my husband staying longer at the Mayo Hospital but they do not accept reservations at the location. I was told I had to book using ihg.com and to make sure I booked the same room type so I may stay in the same room. When I went to book another night I realized I had originally booked a standard one bedroom but they put me in a 2 bedroom so costing me more money to stay...
