"We didn't stay in the motel because of the roaches , bed bugs and dirty beds. They keep said that you expedia keep the money and you expedia said that they keep the money. No refunds until right now of this rate. It was a bad experience. We went to rent another motel and expend more money for those two nights. Still waiting for my refund"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! The pictures are nothing like the hotel or its rooms; it looks like the Grinch stole the furniture, the non-smoking rooms smell like an ashtray, and even if you book through Expedia, you will get no refund for refusing to stay in a falsely advertised room.
Dirty floors, clogged sinks, sticky sheets, rock hard pillows, curtain pulled off the track, no manager on duty, and good luck trying to get a refund. The managers will spin you in circles telling you to deal only with the...
