"The pool had green algae completely covering the bottom of the pool, which was open for swimming. We saw someone "cleaning" it, but it was just as filthy after he left. The room had a sliding mirror closet door that was very loose, off track, and leaning towards the front door walkway. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot when we arrived. I think about 10 rooms were rented. Free breakfast was bare minimum and not very good. Hotel is very old and worn out, but clean."

"First the greeting from Leslie was top tier. He was so helpful, so kind & more importantly he was very respectful. I had so issues with my card. He was very patient while the issue got resolved even with a lobby full of waiting patrons he waited on me. After my issue was resolved I saw he moved on to the next person with ease and grace once again. I will definitely be back to this location & I hope he is there to check us in & out! He is a great access to this establishment! "

"We had a poor customer experience upon check in . We came in late night flight and when arrived no one was at the front desk with a sign the staff would “be right back”. Any number called rang unanswered at the front desk. I fell asleep on a bench in the lobby and awoken by my children..40 minutes had gone by. It was 2:00 am and we were sleeping in the lobby. Ridiculous and unsafe. Called multiple numbers all rang to front desk. Finally found one answered and then “suddenly front desk...

"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had any issues. However, my recent stay was different. I'm not sure if they changed the mattresses but I woke up feeling like I had slept on the sidewalk. The bed was hard and uncomfortable."
