"Luiz at the front desk was amazingly compassionate, kind, and helpful. We arrived with a big problem to solve and he was instrumental in the solution. The location is very central, across from the Cathedral, but even on the second floor noise was not a problem. The room faces west and sunsets over the city were beautiful from our windows."
