"Room spacious and had been renovated. Building is dated and does not have elevator, making it difficult for us seniors to carry the luggage up the stairs. The rooms felt kind of dark. Surprised that we needed to use key to lock room door from inside. Check-in office is not on-site. Staff were slow in responding to questions."
"Paid for river view and it did not disappoint! great proximity to lots of things. Just far enough away to be super quiet and relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Rooftop was super lovely. Room was well appointed and comfortable.
Only minor complaint: at the price i paid per night... i was really hassled for bottled water in my room. Silly. "
"The location is excellent. The staff was excellent and very helpful. There is no one to take your luggage and put it in the luggage room, however. The bed was comfortable, but there was one plastic chair in the room that could have used a washing with vinegar to remove smells. The breakfast buffet was pretty basic and gluten free options were limited."
