"Wonderful apartment, great location but no lift for those with mobility issues"

"Guest ready was indeed not ready for guests. Check in was absolutely horrible. Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. She told me I had to email in videos and wait for another team to get back to me through email. No lobby so we had to sit on the steps. Her attitude was horrible and she was very dismissive of us. "Absolutely loved it! We got there in the afternoon so we checked in at the cafe, the staff were so lovely! The lemon cake was delicious! We got in to our room and I was blown away, I loved the look of the stone walls and the huge windows with the shutters. We had a little kitchenette which was great for making some light meals and a nice fridge for storing snacks. It got a little loud in the evening on the streets, but once I fell asleep that was no problem! Will definitely be staying here...

"Terrible trouble gaining access as no form was sent for us to complete until we got Hotels.com involved. On the night at near on 10:00 pm accommodation contacts, no answers to phone. Wouldn’t recommend accommodation unless nothing else. Only good thing was it was in a good location and bed was comfy. 3 night stay. "
