"Location in Funchal is awesome. Only a short walk to CR7 museum, then a leisurely stroll to the cable car up to Monte, followed by the Toboggan ride down. Staff very nice and helpful. Parking option perfect too
Our apartment was very spacious, and a great view from the balcony over Funchal. Only downside was that the airco was not cooling so it got a little warm, besides that all good."

"Très bon séjour, très bien placé, en plein centre avec tous les restaurants à proximité, un centre commercial à proximité avec un super marché, personnel très accueillant, une station de taxi à quelques pas.
Tout a été parfait. "

"Hotel ist sehr guter Lage mit tollem Frühstück im Schwesterhotel (5Sterne)
schöne Poollandschaft mit Gym, Whirlpool und Indoor-Pool
tolle Aussicht, alles sehr hochwertig
sehr nettes Personal: wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt verlängern wg Generalstreik (u.a. TAP), bekamen für die 2Tage ein Zimmerupgrade"

"Alles hat mit Eingangscodes funktioniert, sodass man keinen Schlüssel bei sich tragen musste.
Die Kommunikation und der Service war gut. Hatten einen kleinen Defekt, welcher innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert wurde.
Die Ausstattung des Appartements reicht vollkommen aus. Die Messer könnten erneuert werden"

"When i arrived, cleaning wasn't done. Staff explained that the cleaning service didn't advise them and had issue with number of check in this day.
I came back 1h30 after and it was done. Staff was quick and helpfull , communication was done by phone as there is not reception ( appart)
I stayed 1 day and i found Bed Bugs in the beds !!! I was on the apt 1st floor.
Be very carefull !!! I have bits everywhere, and the bugs i found was big.
Staff accept to refund the all stayed but i had to...
