"Everyone from the valet to concierge to check in and the housekeeping staff exhibit the utmost care and full service you don’t often see in many hotels despite it being a service industry centering in hospitality. We were extremely taken care of and anything we needed were attended to smoothly and promptly. Love having text ability also for the service team to check in and let guests know they can easily have needs met easily and well met! Would happily recommend and look forward to staying...

"Great stay, really comfortable room, check in staff were super helpful. Only rated staff down by one star because my colleagues and I got accused of stealing from the shop one night… it’s a self service shop, we had paid and were walking away, then got questioned by the girl on the check in desk in an accusatory way. Should also add she was too busy chatting to colleagues to notice if we’d paid, so we didn’t appreciate this interaction. Suggestion is to improve your system rather than accuse...
