"The front desk agent was LOVELY and very kind and accommodating. The first room we got in was very dirty and did not smell good. I asked for a different room and the front desk agent quickly reassigned us and that room was much cleaner. Still a bit of a weird smell. Pillows were not good, so would recommend bringing your own. Very nice staff, less good for cleanliness and accommodations."

"This is an older hotel. That being said, it is a very well maintained hotel. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was comfortable. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water. I will definitely stay here next time I stay in Bremerton."

"it’s a great location and it looks like they’re going through some renovations. Unfortunately their thermostat was out of commission so we had to settle for a super dusty fan lol. thankfully the weather was nice and mild and AC was not needed so we managed. I would stay again for the location and helpful staff"

"The staff member at the front desk who was present for both our check-in and check-out wasn't well suited to her work; her voice was sufficiently soft as to be nearly unintelligible. Further, she insisted on making photocopies of both my drivers license and my wife's even though we had already paid for the room through Expedia. "Although the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze, I was NOT happy when I found out the TV only got maybe 15 stations, and some without sound, plus the reception was worse than rabbit ears!
