"This was our third time staying at this property, it was immaculate as usual and the room clean and well stocked and the a.c worked great. Most the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The ice machines were no longer working but they did have someone deliver our room some ice in a timely manner. My only issues were the bartender at the covered bar in the water park made me get up from my seat at the bar to stand in a line to order another drink, also the jets were not working at the hot tub closest to the main lobby and the staff we told were uninterested and unwilling to help, besides that a great experience!"

"Everything was great but we should have asked about the breakfast, lol We went to the dining room and they sat us down. We chose the buffet not realizing it was $30 a person until I got the bill. I had an egg white omelette with water and my son had 6 little waffles with OJ, after an added gratuity it was $72."

"The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, but I had a weird maintenance closet that wouldn’t lock closed and a connecting room I didn’t request without a second bolt that made me uncomfortable. I had no issues thankfully, but I wish there had been at least a chain bolt on the connecting room, and if I’d had a smaller kid with me, the unlocked maintenance closet would have been a concern. Again; the property was clean and well maintained; I just think maybe a time share type property isn’t for me."

"Great spot near parks for family’s to spread out. This is our fourth stay and perhaps the last as our room was missing some essentials that are typically supplied but other room had stocked. Took nearly four calls to get toilet paper and bedding for pull out that wasn’t supplied ahead of time. Seems like some inconsistencies in housecleaning/maintenance."
