"Everything about this place was great except for one thing. The wifi was horrible! This hotel needs to invest in better Wi-Fi for its guests. Since there is no cell service, Wi-Fi would be helpful for guests so they can make Wi-Fi calls and work on their computers."

"Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay."

"I did travel for vacation and choose this expensive hotel but to my surprise it was disappointing,I even have to change my room because I thought it could make a difference but same breakfast was terrible, staff were very friendly and welcome, nice people, but I recommend you try it for yourself, but I will never go back again "
