"Average stay. The breakfast was basic but okay."

"it was dated, old. the sheets were scratchy and thin. there wasn't even a real comforter. The appliances had old rust stains and the curtains had something on them. crusted. The outlet covers seemed to be disentigrating. The hot tub was really nice."

"This was a surprisingly great stay and is close to base and the beach. Most of my room seemed recently renovated, noise was minimal, and not a bug to be seen. It is right next to a nice neighborhood too so you will feel safe."

"My husband and I were impressed with the our short stay; the room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Sadly, the TV is not a smart TV but luckily, it was quick trip for us. A firestick might come in handy.l for future reference. We highly appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and didnt have any issues."

"I couldn’t stay there the elevator was broken. The room was on the second floor. I physically couldn’t do the stairs. I couldn’t get my money back."

"Arrived and checked in. Was given a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. Trash everywhere, beds pulled apart, dirty towels on the floor. Went back to the front desk and was given a new room. After a few hours I was in bed and my room door was opened and the employee came in my room. Did not knock just enter my room. I had to go to the front desk and ask why that happened. He said that I wasnt suppose to be in that room and I should have already checked out!! Then he proceeded to let me leave...

"Please avoid this property at all costs. There were mouse droppings in the room. The cleaning staff did not clean the room when requested. The hotel does not ahve enough linen for all the rooms. Also the hotel does not have enough Towels as well. I came back to my room one afternoon and found that the hand towels were missing. The cleaning staff had come in and taken away all the hand towels, probably they were needed in another room. The Reception staff was very nice and polite, the breakfast...

"This is a good, middle of the road hotel. I got excellent value and a comfortable stay. It's what you need when you're on the road for work. But internet access when you're at the end of the hallway is limited or non-existent. That's my only down check for the stay."

"I was not happy with the place. No towels and wash clothes available extra. No soap shampoo ect.. No coffee , coffee maker in labby broken, didn't have or offer to buy u coffee in the morning"

"The hotel was okay. However, the property is a little dated. Also, I didn’t have a sitting chair in the room. Finally, and I have never experienced this before; but there were no cups in the room!"

"If you want to stay where it’s easy access to the visitors center for Colonial Williamsburg, The Woodlands is the perfect place. Very convenient access to everything in the surrounding areas. We have stayed multiple times and will stay again.."
