"Horrible experience here. First the location entrance was hard to find. Uber driver passed it twice. We checked in late came in around 1am due to delay in our flight. We were only staying the night to catch a cruise in the morning. Our room seemed clean but within the first 30 mins. My husband saw a large roach walking in the bathroom the moment he opened the door and turned on the light. He called the night manager over, he literally just left our room a few seconds ago to grab our credit card...

"My family of four with 2 children loved our stay at The Maya. We were offered a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and the room was large, clean and tidy. The pool was well maintained and clean, and I liked how it looked out towards the city. My only negative is that the sun lounge chairs were a little uncomfortable, but a few towels fixed that. It is across the river from the city, but we saw this as a positive. It was an easy walk into Long Beach. We would definitely book this hotel next...

"Clean hotel. Came for a baseball tournament. The room was great. We got the suite with 2 queens and an l shaped couch. It was nice to have so much space."

"The cleaning lady threw away my daughter’s retainer which costs about 200$ and then they took it out of the hotel trash and told us they’ll clean it with listerine to kill the germs … it was insane …and the hotel looked horrible because it was under renovation."

"Their was no ice machine or vending machine they had a pool but they fill it up with dirt and made it a flower garden that sucks."
