Room was spacious, bed/mattress was comfortable, air/heat unit had a remote-which was useful. Good location near deli, 7-11, boardwalk & beach. Decent stay for the price...

I love it there so close to the beach nice and quiet only need some remodeling most the bath tub but other than that next summer I will stay there too pool amazing and clean

Todo muy limpio, lo que si la tv no es smart y no se podia ver lo que uno quiere, pero despues muy bien todo, se pudo hacer carne en la parrilla. El personal muy amable y el lugar cerca de la playa y de todos los lugares para comprar.

Pool was very clean. Spent each day at the pool. Was very enjoyable. There are grills at the pool to use. We didnt use them but saw someone using it during our stay. The location is only a block from the boardwalk which was great. Had a very enjoyable time.

This place was surprisingly comfortable definitely one of the better hotels. I’ve stayed at in Seaside. Very nice staff clean pool barbecue grills private, not a lot of riffraff hanging around.

This property is OK,but all the hotels in seaside are old.My room was somewhat updated,but the outside of the building is scary looking.The pool was nice and clean and the location to the boardwalk was amazing. I paid for the price and convinced.Would I stay there again IDK,maybe

Our happy place! We absolutely love taking spontaneous trips down here and booking with Dry Dock! The Staff is SO friendly and we love the pool which is immaculately clean! The air conditioners are cold. So close to the beach and boardwalk! Amazing!

The air conditioning worked great. The beds were big and comfortable. There was a T.V. a microwave and a small fridge. The shower was great. It was a very simple comfortable room.

The location and convenience of the property was most important to me for this stay. The tv had limited stations available and the property was dated . I recommend this property for short term stays as it provides accessibility to all.

This is a fabulous and comfortable property! The staff are wonderful! So friendly, kind and helpful at all times of day and night. They felt like friends by the end of our stay. The breakfast buffet is huge with so many wonderful choices. Our room was large, clean and comfortably furnished. We slept every night like we were at home in our own bed. I can’t say enough about this property or the people who work there! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Mold in shower BED BUGS!!!!!! Door to the room did not close properly, DIRTY SHEETS AND COMFORTER. My kids and myself came home itchy with bites on our legs and back. We chose this place because of the closeness to the beach and boardwalk. Never again.
