The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund.

We stayed for 5 nights and we had a wonderful time our only issue was there not being screens on the windows so bugs got in very easily

Misleading!

This place is not as advertised!!! Crappy, run down, motel. Lock on door didnt work. Refrigerator didnt work. There was no balcony as described. One less bedroom as described. And the living room and kitchen was one room. It was described as having separate. I would never stay at this place again which is a shame because it was my brothers bachelor party and we wanted to show him a good time and this place was a downer. The helper for the motel (ivan) was great. Other than that, terrible.

Find somewhere else

When i arrived at their office to check in I had a feeling this was going to be a disaster. Two groups ahead of me were trying to get their money back because the place was a dump, then a friggen cop walks in because someone was filing a police report against him and he gave them a fake name. There was no coffee maker, utensils, towels, soap, garbage can, the pool was at another hotel lol, the hot water didn't work(they came and fixed it). So what this guy was doing was... waiting for people to come back pissed about the room then he would try to up sell them to another one of his properties.

False advertisement

The photos that were used to describe our stay was from the #6 which is located on the top of the building. Ours was on the side and under the #6 unit. When we got there, the place was NOTHING like the photos!! When you open the door, the small kitchen is there is a couch that has a pull out bed. The floors were dirty. When we arrived the door didn’t even open. They had to change the entire lock. There were Cobb Webbs, spiders around kitchen sink and bathroom area, ants were all over windows especially the kitchen and bathroom. The fridge that was in the kitchen doesn’t even refrigerate like that. The pool that is there was also dirty. The whole experience was simply just terrible. You book something for an affordable price but you get there and it’s completely different than the posting.

Place was overpriced and not as advertised

The photos of room were misleading, the room mentioned it slept 10 which was wrong. The main room had a futon like bed that had missing bars so wasn’t great for sitting let alone sleeping. The service wasn’t bad but i had to ask for towels and go to the leasing office. Place is only meant for college aged kids looking to binge drink. There were 3 fridges in the room and no trash cans. They were opened to early Check in at a cost of 45 dollars. The fee seemed like it was a tip not to clean. Place was overpriced, not as advertised, and not well cleaned.

Horrible, worst experience ever

This smelled horrible, payed for 5 adults 1 child got 2 adults room. Toilet wasn't working, beds are horrible, owner didn't care about anything. Extremely dissatisfied with place and this website VRBO customer service didn't care about my problems there,. Would never recommend this place or website for any vacation

Well Deserved Stay

At the price during holiday season, we made a nice choice. So the price we paid was absolutely fine for stay. Also, at that price you cannot get Marriott, right.

This place was a dump!

Blankets on the double beds were for twin beds so they were too small. There were two beds in the kitchen and no table or chairs to sit anywhere! There was one smalll dresser for 6 people and no other furniture. The paint on the walls was pealing. The bathroom floor was seriously slanted and no garbage in the bathroom. There were no towel racks or hooks to hang up wet towels/clothing ANYWHERE in the room. The TV only had 3 channels. The supposed free Wi-Fi did not work in the room. I reserved an apartment that was supposed to be large enough to accomodate 6 people. The room we got was for big enough for 4 people at most. We were cramped and uncomfortable! This place was a dump- rundown, dirty and infested with flies. We will never go back.

sink was leaking, place was dirty this includes the linen bathroom and the kitchen. don't know who can rent a place out without cleaning it. the pool which was next door was also dirty, it was travel lodge pool.
