I feel this is your basic beach hotel. Comfortable and Convenient..To check in you must go about 3 blocks up to the Boardwalk where the office is . The staff is amazing though and super accommodating . Seems as though they are working on fixing the rooms.

I booked for this hotel but was transferred to sea land hotel which was not what I expected I have a family of 7 children so I booked 2 rooms the rooms was not cleaned one room had a odor and the water didn’t get hot warm or anything I was told to let the water run and it will get hot soon there was a heater in the room that didn’t work when ask for a replacement they said they will bring a extra blanket which they did do I would never come back and would not recommend anyone else to either

Horrific Joke. Worst excuse for a pretend Hotel I have ever experienced. Never got in. Never saw a room. Never saw a desk staff. Asked on phone 3 times for Him to come out into street and prove their was an entrance. He would not! I was ripped off! These days its dark at checkin. The bldg had no lights. The windows and doors were shuttered. The place looked condened! There was no entrance. The phone is answered by someone supposedly a couple a blocks away. But He cant be found. He is in some unlit house, with no sign...... Never found Him. He didnt care! I drove back home!

Check in was at 3 however at 3 there was 5 families outside waiting to check in with no one in the office and no one answering any of the three numbers listed to call. Didn’t get to check in till closer to 4. Outside of property is very dirty as well as the pool. The room it’s self was not terrible however the floors were disgusting and turned all my socks black. There are also no pillows or blankets provided to use the pull out couch which was actually surprisingly clean. Only provided 3 towels for a group of 4 And was unable to get more. Big parking issue as people who were not supposed to park in the hotel lot did any way and our spot got stolen with nowhere else to go. Once again tried calling all the provided numbers to find out what todo and no one answered. We ended up getting a $45 parking ticket on the street. Doors are old and don’t lock properly. On the bright side, the water pressure is fantastic and the water gets very warm.

This hotel is disgusting! There are roaches it is dirty and looks nothing like the pictures. Rooms smell like mold and chemicals. Dirty carpets.

Check in was okay. Gentleman at the desk was nice. Room was adequate. However, there was no toilet paper, bath towels or soap. Called customer service, they sent over towels and tp. No towel bars or hooks, no tp holder. And no shower curtain. Tv froze halfway through a show we were watching. We did not stay for the second night, after a very busy day we choose to drive the 2 hours home instead.

It was dirty. There was sand and a quater found in one of the beds. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The shower was flithy and it had bathmat covering a very dirty bathmat. The pool also looked not the cleanist.

We will be back

We have stayed at different hotels in seaside over the years and this one we will continue to stay at! We were very pleased. We stayed in a deluxe room which had 2 queen beds and a couch with a pull out bed! Plenty of space for the family. We will be back Next Year! The pool was good a little on the small side. We did not see a hot tub or second pool which is advertised when booking. We do not have any bad things to say about this hotel.
