Room was clean but the fan in the bathroom did not work and the switch was completely broken. It also had a couple of holes in the wall. Overall, great location! Only a two minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was only pastries and yogurt, not full breakfast.

We stayed in #16 and the bed was HORRIBLE, the right side sunk down to the bed platform. Thank goodness it was a king size, so my husband scooted over to my side. We did not contact front desk because it was after 10:30 when we discovered the bed situation and we were only staying 1 night. I wore black slippers and picked up pet hairs when I went to pack it away, this was right before we checked out. The WiFi was awful, kept kicking us off, we didn’t even bother with it after that. Shower and hot water was great. There was a lot of noise from the swimming pool. Breakfast was simple and good. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. We love the location was able to walk every where and did not need to drive. I was going to share about the room, but I was never asked how my stay was.

We hadn’t been to Ashore in 8 years and was really looking forward to this trip because we had fond memories there. Things are definitely run down from our last visit and when we checked in, the lady working the front desk was not very friendly. For breakfast, you need to fill out a form and turn it in the day before and if I had not asked, we wouldn’t have known because we weren’t informed at check in. The decorative pillows and blankets had stains and the community ice freezer was empty the whole time we were there. It was disappointing and we will be staying elsewhere on our next trip to Seaside.

Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t the best experience. The staff wasn’t very helpful, we had to ask about breakfast ourselves, and the following day we weren’t even given a form for it. We also had to keep checking in about basic things for the next day instead of being given information upfront. We stayed for three nights and only received fresh towels once. The ice machine was never stocked either. The room itself also needed attention,multiple duvet blankets had noticeable tears, and the mattress was extremely worn with a large dip in it. It was uncomfortable enough that we ended up rotating the mattress ourselves the next night just to get some rest. Overall, there were several areas that could use improvement, especially in terms of service and room maintenance.

Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Room was fine, but very limited outlets in the bedroom and furniture could not be moved to place medical machinery next to bed. Parking tight, but fantastic location in the middle of everything and easy walking distance to all of the spots.

The property was really cool and we loved the decor! Bedding was soft, room was clean, and they gave us a free bottle of wine plus s’mores fixings for the fire pit. Only thing I’d say is the standing shower was very small so if that’s a concern for you, book a larger room. I’d definitely stay again!

Hotel is adorable! Room was perfect! We got the suite and it was everything we needed and wanted for the weekend. The bed was comfortable and the decor was adorable. We loved the coffee and tea offerings and my son and husband really enjoyed the beers on tap. The pool was perfect, it was 93-94 degrees (according to my watch). Location is perfect It is a quick walk to the beach and yet still1-2 min walk from the Main Street with all the fun stuff, arcade, etc. Only need for improvement would be the shower. The psi was insanely high 🤣 so everyone got powerwashed in the shower. This made it impossible to not get water outside the shower. Otherwise- perfect!! It was a great weekend and opportunity to spoil our dog one last time. 🌈❤️

It was a cute motel, it’s like an upgraded motel with how it looks and the bar in the lobby. I did like how they can deliver breakfast to your door in the mornings. The mattress itself was very uncomfortable as it sinks in really low and the pillows are high so it did hurt my back — we only did 2 nights. I would say there again but probably no more than 2 nights.

We enjoyed our stay with our dog. They were welcoming to all of us at check in and answered questions we had. We had no problems using the EV charging station, though mid-week on the off-season that isn't surprising. The breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was a nice touch.

I chose this place because the reviews were good. Now this place is not terrible but is also just not a place I would stay again with my family.. The beds are comfortable like temperpedic but because of all the protective covering on mattresses all you body heat and moisture is on you. My 4 year old was sweating like crazy. We stayed in the suite so we had a microwave. If your not in one,you will share one microwave with the rest of the hotel outside! I witnessed homeless using it and someone shooting up drugs while I took my puppy outside. Their back parking lot has orange caps, condoms and trash littered. I tried to blow dry my hair and kept popping the fuse. Hence why I believe they have a community microwave. The pool is too warm but I think is non chlorine which is nice. Their coffee they deliver for breakfast is good! The big silver Sesame Street trashcan with a lid was awkward in a indoor room . Oh and also if you take a shower or bath make sure door is shut cause the smoke detector goes off even if you have the exhaust fan on.. lol Love noon checkout.

Very friendly staff, welcoming and helpful with dinner suggestions. Our king bed felt like sleeping in a cloud. The breakfast sent to our room was a pleasant surprise. The fresh fruit and croissant was delicious. Easy access to beach and aquarium. We will make your hotel a new family favorite.

The rooms were remodeled and super clean and industrial looking. The rain shower was relaxing and the bed was big and soft. The major downside is the noise. This hotel is right near downtown seaside so I was prepared for more noise and commotion overall, but I wasn’t expecting the lack of sound proofing in general. Every footstep outside was noticeable, people talking (even in the parking lot) were clear as day and there were cars peeling out until pretty late. I am a light sleeper and was worried as soon as I saw the complimentary packs of ear plugs! I’m sad because the staff and amenities are awesome and it was really easy to bring our pup.

Great location. It’s not quiet at all. So just know that going in to it. “Continental breakfast” is delivered to your room which initially I thought was cool but then it was quite late and I couldn’t just go get it myself.

The staff was very nice. The room was a little lacking. When we checked in the sheets were dirty- the staff fixed this right away. It appears there is a good amount of mold and mildew in the shower and some mold around the bathroom sink as well.

Beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and decorated very industrial. Cute. The pool was very warm and the sauna was nice. The only thing negative is the heating system. The low fan was broken and it would only stay on high which sounded like a jet engine. We kept it off at night.

The place was very clean! Staff were super friendly and overall the vibe of the place was very cute. The rooms were nice and spacious with heating and ac. There’s a sauna and pool which were both super clean and great to use. In the lobby they have beers and wine on tap. Would definitely come back!

The room was very clean and cozy. I requested the Romance package and it did not disappoint. The front desk crew was super cool and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. This was my 2nd stay there in the past 7 months and I definitely want to come back next April with my family.
