"Bianca, the receptionist was excellent, so nice and sweet and we were upgraded without even asking. She also asked if we wanted the city side or the courtyard view. The best service I’ve had in years she really made our vacation with her helpful suggestions of great restaurants and city activities. We love Bianca. Also the room was very clean and nice. "The staff were bery friendly and accommodating and the property was well kept, however by the 4th to 6th breakfast it was becoming very bland … maybe some real eggs or bennies or poached or boiled…also some berries or fruit salad and maybe milk would have been nice to have with the porridge. 😊"

"I’d like to write something bad to ensure that I always can get a room here … but I won’t. The rooms are so unique and the bathroom was huge. The free breakfast was perfect and had something for everyone.
We arrived past midnight and the overnight staff was super friendly. They have free bottles of water and a water refill station too.
It’s about a 10 minute walk to the baseball a football stadium AND 15 minutes (in the opposite direction) to the famous Pike Place market.

"Excellent location in Seattle. Safe clean (expensive- you get what you pay for , and it is right in downtown Seattle)parking facilities. Attentive staff. Wonderful comfy bedding. "Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were amazingly soft. The hotel provided us with 2 amazing robes. The gas fireplace made our room feel cozy and romantic. Our city view room was great! We were able to see the Space Needle building from our window. The 67 restaurant has a fantastic view. The food was delicious! Making reservations is a must! The coffee shop has very good coffee and Chai tea. The only downside is that it closes early. We had a wonderful time in Seattle!...

"Great location for going to a game or the waterfront and Pike place market. Most with in 15-20 minute walk . We had a room on the back side of hotel overlooking looking a alley .
